Q. What BMX experience do you have?
A. We started riding BMX in 1982, went through various bikes including Procraft 'Team Karate', PK RIPPER, Skyway TA and lastly a 1990 Haro Master. Today I ride an 03 Haro and whatever old school bike I have to hand at the time!
I have always built and maintained my own bikes as well as built & serviced many many more customers bike

Q. Do you collect also?
A. Yes, bikes, frames, parts, magazines, anything to do with BMX between 1977 to the present day

Q. How can I pay for my items?
A. PAYPAL, Cheque ( GBPounds Sterling only £), GBpounds Sterling (£)Postal Orders/ Money Order, GBPounds Sterling cash, Euro Cash, US Dollars Cash.

Q. How will I pay for shipping?
A. The add to cart button is being updated as we go, some include shipping to England, some are to be updated. For international shipments we will make paypal requests for additional shipping amounts. Shipping charged at actual cost + materials.

Q. How long will my items take to arrive?
A. If payment is received by 5 pm GMT we will ship on the day of payment*

UK over 1.2kg shipped parcel post, normally delivered within 2-3 days.

Europe upto 2kg shipped Royal Mail 'Small Packet',normally delivered within 3-5 days
Europe over 2kg shipped Parcel Force Standard Air International., normally delivered with 3-5 days

USA upto 2kg shipped Royal Mail 'Small Packet',normally delivered within 7-10 days

Q. How will I know the parts will work on my bike?
A. If you are atall unsure please ask us, advice is free!

Q. Can I expect substitutions to be made in my order?
A. No, we will not substitute parts without asking you first. If you cannot be contacted after several days we may take the decision to make a substitution if we consider it necessary and the part is towards the smaller/less significant side ( eg Bottom Bracket set ). Example in a wheel set the hubs maybe substituted for an equivalent quality as availability varies with depleting stocks of obsolete parts

Q. Faulty Goods/Returns
A. a.Faulty Goods. If goods have manufacturers faults you can return the item after first seeking our approval. A replacement will be sent. We will cover cost of replacement goods shipping and after evaluation of item returned we will cover your shipping cost to us provided you use the most cost effective method available to you.
Store credit or alternative goods to the value of can also be sent.
Refunds are offered less 15% restocking/admin fees. By purchasing goods on our site you the consumer agree to these terms that are final with no exceptions.
b. Non faulty goods. We make every effort to describe our goods accurately and to ship only good quality items. If you wish to return an item that is not faulty we will under no circumstances refund. Store credit or alternative items will be offered.


Q I am not sure which colour scheme and range of parts to purchase/use.
A. Ask us, we can advise on suitability for purpose and guide you with selection and colours if needed..

Q. What condition can I expect my goods to arrive in?
A. All our parts are N.O.S. ( New Old Stock) Unless otherwise stated. They are nearly always in original manufacturers packaging, unopened and in 'as new' condition

Q. What kind of packaging will you use for shipping?
A. We will always ensure your items are more than adequately packaged so that they reach in you in perfect condition. Where a component is made up of several parts we will always wrap each piece individually so no damage can result from internal movement while your package is in transit

Q. If I am out side the European Union will I pay any import duties or taxes?
A. Normally no.
Larger items like a bike or frame and fork set  we will use UPS and they will normally abide by local regulations, this means ordinarily there may be import duty to pay. This varies country to country.
All smaller packages will in most cases will not require you to pay any additional local import duties or taxes.
